As with everything that is me - I'm commenting on the corruption aspect of the game - it has TONS of potential in that realm and I'm really looking forward to more here!
Personally - I get why the art may turn people off, but I actually quite like it. And regardless of anything it's nice to see something that isn't the usual design (damn Koikatsu!)

Does this game have any animated sex scenes or will there be any plans to add them in the future?

Well, that's easy to explain, there are users who like those proportions and others don't, just as there are people who consider things like female protagonists who have sex with tentacles, monsters and furries "sexy" and others simply find it strange.

We can say the same for you, too. The world is actually spinning around us, by the way. If you don't crush your ego and have guts to tell your opinion, that is. If you crush it, then you are an NPC, like majority of people outside.

Right now, the game doesn't have animations, but we really want to add them. Maybe not in every scene, but in some specific ones.

The game was designed to specifically feature a stepmother and stepsister relationship, because those connections stem from the father's second marriage. But if that's a recurring complaint from the community, I can add the option to change it.

Most of the incest fan community considers stepcest, or any other non-blood-related "fake incest" to be a slap in the face. The incest tag(under the current tag system) has to be applied even when the incest is "fake", so the fans tend to get pissed/annoyed when they see the tag, only to find out there's no real incest. If you can make them blood related(at least an option), and have it make sense, I think you'd make a huge portion of your potential playerbase very happy.
