After that, you need to talk to Richard inside the party. Don't intimidate him.
When you find Nia, choose "Intervene" and "Join them".

Shalina's scene takes place at the event at the casino with Lana. You need to win $3000 on the slot machine.
You meet Kali at the strip club after Reed's first mission if you haven't lost his load on the truck. You need to spend over $100 on her before asking for the private dance.
Kali's second scene takes place during the money transport mission. But for that, Kali needs to have come at least 3 times in the first scene.

There's already a guide for that. But currently, it's only available to supporters.
As for showing the requirements on each button, it would be visually awkward as some scenes have multiple requirements.

Adding the requirements to the gallery somehow would be helpful. If you click a greyed out thumbnail in the gallery, it could lead to the new page where you have all the space to list the requirements. That is one way to do it. If you want to keep it as a patreon only reward, that is your choice too.

I'll just say that some of the requirements are nearly impossible to guess. Like driving a specific car at the specific time to get Adriana scene. I would have never ever got that one.
