Suzy replaces Romi if you don't get Romi's job back in the story mode. So, if you get Romi's job back, you will never meet Suzy.
This may change in a future sandbox update, but for now, this is how it works.

If I do a full scene with either Romi or Kali it doesn’t allow one to do a blowjob on the other until next time I visit strip club. If I handle having sex with both Kali and Romi does that make it so I can’t get Brenna pregnant?

If one had spent a considerable amount of time editing their 0.36 HTML index file to customize the game to their liking, and the kind and good developer of the game released a 0.37 version of the game with a new - obviously unedited - index HTML, how might one be able to graft the two together so that one would not have to then manually make all of those same edits again in the new 0.37 HTML? Is the new material just added on at the end? How does that work?

I am gonna try to post a screenshot of my iPhone’s screen from after Day 23 in regards to whether I had selected non-corrupt or corrupt route for Amirah. It tells me I would’ve seen something different if I had gone the corrupt route. Only thing I can think of is it doesn’t recognize the non-corrupt route because I had not gotten 18 love points when I reached Day 23.

There's nothing wrong. If you choose to be nice to her (non-corruption route), you teach her how to ride a bike, and the game tells you that you could have seen something different on the other route.

If you choose to dominate her, you will see the punishment scene, and the game will tell you that you could have seen something different in the other route (which is to be kind and teach her how to ride a bike).

I chose the bike ride route. But when it comes to the day to impregnate her it doesn’t allow that because I think on the day she was to be impregnated the love points had not reached the correct level so it makes it look like I had done the corrupt route. After all if one doesn’t reach the correct love points it will not give one a choice to impregnate. This is why need to figure out how to get the correct love level towards Amirah

If one chooses lust points more than love points therefore hindering the ability to have vaginal sex the day one is supposed to get Amirah pregnant that eliminates Amirah’s ability to have vaginal sex and cum inside her pussy. Therefor Amirah will not get pregnant.

The love level doesn't matter in this case. When you choose Amirah's punishment (corruption) route on day 23, the variable $amirahroughpath is activated. Then, on day 38, the game checks if this variable is true. If so, anal scene. If not, vaginal scene where you can impregnate Amirah.
I don't know what's wrong with your game. But I'll change the variable check to the visited passage in the next version just in case.
