I've unlocked everything and I haven't spent any money. Not sure what you're talking about man. You just have to commit to a stat and have multiple saves. That's choice and consequences that actually matter. I can't tell you the number of games I have played where choices are completely pointless and make me ask why they are even giving me choices if I can get everything anyway. This isn't the case here.

As j_1993_m stated, this is a game of choices and consequences. Your choices matter and impact the storylines of several characters throughout the game.
If you want a completely linear game where you can see all the content in a single run, this might not be the game for you.
And just to be clear, while supporters can make things faster, they have to deal with the same choices and consequences as any player. Whether you're a supporter or not, you can't see all the game content in a single run. The game simply wasn't designed for that.

I guess the game has a good story i will give it a try my question is do i need to put the Incest patch or i can play without it? I do hate the Landlady story so much i prefer slap the Incest patch just for the story make sense to me.
The story will make sense with or without it.

So i most likely going to play with No Patch if that is the case yet i do like Incest content so in that in mind i keep the patch ready to install if that adds something extra to the story just saying a Ex Army Guy seeking a better life does sound like nice movie plot like John Wick yet i do like having Incest since i checked the game tags.
So, you can use the patch. Just keep in mind that the patch is not auto-applied. You must enter options to activate it.
How can i buy the yellow pills, i can remember giving them to Ava but i've forgotten where i got them from.
Right now I'm just missing the stripper addict achievment, can't seem to fuck three strippers when only visiting the Strip club twice and always have to choose one of them dismissing the other one....
The trick is, on your first visit, DON"T fuck either Kali or Romi before getting a blowjob from the other.
Ex: You get only a blowjob from Kali by tipping her only $50, and after that, you will be able to go back to the table. Then you get the full scene from Romi by tipping her at least $100. The opposite also works, but you won't get your money back from Romi.
This will count as two strippers done.
If you get the full scene from either of them before the blowjob scene, you won't be able to go back to the table.
They're in the latest update, you get them from the drug dealer at the nightclub when you go with Jillian and Kenzie.
I don´t want to come over as smartass, so please don´t take it this way, but Gracie - Day 41 is missing in the FAQ-List for pregnancies.
