Todo might shed some additional light? You call in girls during the day (not in the evening), directly through the pc / medical records.
Headmistress house has some scenes in the evening.
But it needs a few requirements to unlock. The todo should give some hints how to proceed with the game.
So... examine each of the 3 named girls once, then peeking at shower.
Is that it for this release?

Okay, I give up.
There are no other patients and no way to summon other patients.
And whenever I click on "Map" or "Log Out" it just brings me back to "Medical Records":
Whatever I'm supposed to do, either it isn't working for me or I'm not doing it.
I like the general idea of the game, but will wait for the next version or two.

Found the problem. The Todo list should show:
Assignment from Jane: You can start by examining Mandy, Dianna and Lilly. Call them to your office at any time you want during the day. \nYou can summon them by bringing up their files in the medical records section.
This should be disappear if you have examined all 3 of them, but at the moment it disappears if one of them has been examined.
A new version has been uploaded to fix the problem with the todo list. If you want to continue without downloading a new version you can examine Dianna and Lilly.
Creampie without pregnancy? They go hand in hand. If you can consider it a developer, there doesn't necessarily have to be a belly. Or it could be a final image.
