I think this is his cry of the soul about the fact that there have been no new updates for the game for a long time. The last update was released in August 2024, which is more than 7 months ago. The author initially promised a new update at the end of the year, but in December 2024 he suddenly announced that the update was delayed and would be released in January 2025. And it doesn't look like any of the subscribers will share the news here.

There is no way to know exactly how much he makes from this one game.
It has been on Steam for 4 years as well and sold 10k-20k copies according to the analytics.

I doubt a bit that recreation will include pregnancy in this game.
As you can play a female MC, and in that case, it's a pure lesbian path. And it won't fit well on that route.
So unless, he create some exclusive contents for the male MC (and not just some sightly adjustments between the male and female MC route), I don't think there will be pregnancy in BM.
