I'm not a big fan of her but she's in so much stuff that the dev will never run out of material and having a female protagonist have a dedicated actress in an HTML game would be a first.

Trying to think of someone who has anything remotely close to as much content to work with.

"worked on" is saying a bit much. It's pretty much a mishmash of Cory Chase's movie transcripts.
But, yea, it's probably abandoned.
