As with the previous game, I couldn't run this by just having my PC on Japanese locale, I had to use Local Emulator. If you're still having trouble maybe put yourself on japanese locale, use local emulator with admin, put the game folder as shallow as you can (D://bakuane) etc. But hopefully its not as problematic overall as the last game. Changing your PC clock to jap time might help too but I hate doing that shit. GOODLUCK DORKS

In your settings, set your scaling in display section to 100% (windows)
