This game will work if you use locale emulator but at first the screen is zoomed in, just hover your arrow on the upper right side and click the left most words and it the screen will no longer be zoomed in

I downloaded the locale emulator and ran it in admin and it works now

Ok so I kinda did some image translating and well it says to either choose direct x drawing mode or api drawing mode which im guessing i should select direct x one and so far the game is completely in japanese what should i do to make it english?
