By defeating the "snot-nosed alien".

If you've already finished the game, you can meet this enemy in the recollection room using the "Area2 (Mouth building system)" -> "Nose Licking Alien Area" menu entries.

You need to extract it using japanese local. If you have win-rar, open the rar file and press CTR+E, it will open up a menu, select japanese (932). Also I would advice shortening the name to Bakunyu_Futanari_Planet, the longer the name is, the longer it takes to load.

I had the issue, did both the things I mention above, now I can play.

shorten the name files to Bakunyu_Futanari_Planet and that will fix most errors
