You'd have to unpack the EXE itself. I remember doing it in the past but I can't remember what tools I used back then but you're looking for an RPG maker decompiler if you plan on doing it.

yeah it's obviously an rpgmaker game, but the issue is it is packed with enigma vbox encryption bullshit.
kao's enigma vb unpacker doesn't work on it as is, but iirc there's some way to cut the relevant data so his program may find it more usable. otherwise you need to wait for someone smarter than any of us (or who has time and just gives a shit) to crack it. feel free to start a thread in the cracking subforum

It's just a new version of Enigma vbox, files are not encrypted, I was going to update the tool I wrote for enigma protector for it (it's almost identical, aside the paid enigma having encryption), but before I did that, I checked if any updated public tools existed, and they do:
