- Launch the game once and quit after it's loaded to the main menu.
- Copy the file "bw_save1.json".
- Open "Saves (AppData)" shortcut file which will direct you to the save location.
- Paste the copied save file and agree to overwrite it.

I didn't even need to view any ad to proceed, simply closed it when it opened one time and continued fine.
I don't get the "Watch ad" option, instead it tells me to wait a whole entire hour... except after like 50 minutes it only counted down 4 (from 60 minutes to 56).

Yeah, they say only some get that 1hr thing.
It probably requires you to have that tab active, otherwise it doesn't countdown.
You could try with Cloudflare WARP or VPN if that's the case.
For me, it doesn't show anything at all, just an empty Linkvertise page. I suppose that's because of how heavy my AdBlock-fu is. Made it quite annoying to get past the paywall, though.

So your adblock broke the site and made it annoying for yourself, maybe put it on blacklist mode and don't use heavy adblock on sites that aren't intrusive or annoying with ads.
Because that site doesn't have any ads on the site itself compared to some others I've seen that love blasting ads at your face and create popups like Ryuu for example.
You can see how easy the process is, took me 15 seconds and didn't even need to view any ad to proceed.
Glory to DPMaker for perfectly portraying my first internship. Managers asking me for last minute presentations all the way. Even yearly performance report for the department that turns out, before i came, only one person doing it.
You have put in a considerable amount of effort to put a simple Mediafire link behind three layers of link redirections, one of which is hosted on, presumably, your own domain, and the other being a service that simply refuses to work if a proper adblock is in place.
I have put in a proportionate amount of effort into sidestepping your efforts while keeping my adblock working.
If you're the one who set up the website and the link shortener on it, I must commend your skill and dedication. It takes a lot of work to make the setup look easy and work as well as it does.

It's actually two layers of redirection, short link immediately redirects to linkvertise which you won't even notice, then after completion, it redirects to Mediafire which is the download. Took me 15 seconds at max to begin the download.
Link shortener was originally intended for my own pastebin service. But I thought why not use it for this purpose too as I noticed no one complained when the guy before me put it on modsfire. Makes my life easier to keep track of things and when updating archives, not having to edit links every place I have shared it on while also giving me little but enough to keep my site up.
Also there are much easier ways to sidestep it completely without even having to interact with the site, let alone fiddle around with such broken adblock. Because I have adblock on myself and it never broke things. Hundreds of download also tells me only very few people faced issue. But some getting 1hr wait time is indeed ridiculous, but I did already give them feedback about that before.
