Seeking Bases/Housing systems.

Hey all.

Looking for some female protagonist games in Renpy/RPGMaker/HTML (with pics/vids) that have some form of upgradable housing system. Build new rooms, get upgrades, potentially have people move in even. Preferably lifesim games, but RPGs are fine too.

I've played Roundscape Adorevia, Girl Life and a few other HTML games like this.

It's a shame, they look like well made games. Male MC doesn't really engage me though.

Yorna: Monster Girl's Secret in a way, but it's just a story progress thing. Maybe Meltys Quest too.
Already entioned above, I second Fort of Chains. It's all about base building, but it's textbased.

Maybe one of these survival games.

Never heard of RIL and DID before. What do they mean? I guess I thought it was more common, I guess in the HTML space. I feel like I've definitely played some life sims with these elements before.

memoirs of a battle brothel has a rudimentary upgrade system for the brothel/base. despite brothel in the title it's an rpg with a story and tactics combat and not a brothel/slave/prostitution/trainer game.
if you encounter any "content under development" messages while playing it's because the developer put too many such notices during development and literally forgot where some of them were once the game was completed.

if you mean a game that looks like a retro jrpg and not necessarily the rpg maker engine itself, elona+ is a sandbox jrpg with

options, but with any nsfw themes being text based and played for laughs/gross factor (like
