There's more than 1 of this kind of stories on the internet, I tried to explain it, but the 2000+ chapters forbade me to even tryI can give you a half accurate rundown of it. I just skimmed through it yesterday. If you ever read a Chinese Xianxia novel, you'll know what it is all about.
The first part of the story is just drama and face slapping and preserving the honor of the family's name (that's "why" he gets back with the cheating wife (ヘ･_･)ヘ┳━┳... (╯°□°）╯︵ ┻━┻*). The classic "I can slap you with a wad of my family's money", and a lot of random shit happening that always boil down to I am better than you because I have money. Then the plot gets stale, so the natural progression dictates that there must be martial arts, magic, immortals, higher planets, mutants and time travel, and as fate would have it our looser of an MC is some fated big talent. Although he is too much of a pussy to actually be a chad.
The Theme of the story is shit raining down on the MC because some misunderstanding, and there is just random shit happening to keep him busy as he becomes the strongest because some MOFO always wants to take his girls. Funny thing is that his girls will cheat on him for any misunderstanding. After the thing with the wife that repeats the cuck » forgive » get back together thing 3 times, there is this character called Victoria that looks like the only good lover for a good chunk of the story. She is the one that has his back only to end up cheating on him (with the time traveling version of MC, although she didn't know) because she was pissed off by a misunderstanding. I mean she just fucked the first random dude she found WTF. I shit you not, the MC sold himself to save her, and she thought he betrayed her, so she just went down the street to fuck the first dick she found. Then just to spite him she marries his uncle and treats him like shit because now she has a higher status.
The MC later starts to time travel and learns a lot of shit that happened to him, like why the fuck Victoria and others treat him like shit. It just makes them look like some mayor bitches and the MC like a piece of trash. It is all a convoluted mess that ends up with a rushed ending of him marring a girl called Lauren (?) because he was married to her in some alternate version of time and returning to earth to his shit family that used him and the cheating wife that is raising a child she had with her bull.
).It's weird how the writing keeps you glued, but if you're not smart enough you keep reading as there's the constant feeling something major going to happen, but then it's nothing, all back to square one one way ore another )
