Asian people is weird in all their stories they always forgive the cheater or let them go without consequences, i dont know why.
And then they are magically ok, without any trauma from their experience and so happy, like life doesnt matter at all, and that is what happens with this game.

Their are stories were that have the cheater get punish and forgiven by the mc sometimes they stay as just friends and sometimes they
become 's a member of the mc harem some becomes the only love interest some stays evil and sometimes it turns out they were not cheating at all and sometimes it turns out to be brainwashing rape or mind control. And finally Some stories have multiple cheater's of different morality. The way the cheaters are delt with in stories depends on what the author wants.
It depends on how the author's write the story their is one story were the mc finds out that his girlfriend was cheating on him and aids multiple other people with killing the mc because she finds humans to be a species that are inferior the girlfriend would later becomes a super villain later when the mc meets the girlfriend again the mc would turned her into a monster were she is force to fight as a mindless monster that only cares about fighting, A other story with only volume one out of 4 being adapted as a manga in this story the mc find out his girlfriend was cheating on him and after she gets punished she returns as one of the mc harem members in the 2end or third volume. A other story has the mc ex and the person that mastered mind the break up the 2 of them would go though a redemption arc the ex would become the third love interest of the mc the mc does not fully forgives her however because she was his first love and she was the first person to even be kind to him he decides to start over as friends the ex on the other hand wants to get back with the mc and is even willing to help her two love rivals.

(this 5 minutes gameplay update without any choices and being straight forward KN is just a joke - could have been done within a week)

An other thing is that the creator could of made more paths and change the wife personally and even add new characters and endings however the creator is pretty much just copying the story of the novel story and mad it in to a visual novel

Not all of the stories, no. cdrama's / kdrama's tend to have them move on and find another partner who is a far better upgrade compared to what they were with previously. Then the men or women they were on cheated on by turns up and asks something stupid like "was this some sort of revenge?" just because they found love with another person. The only thing I've ever found weird in regard to Asian stories is that some characters progress their feelings pretty fast like they had no attachment to that person at all and yet others can hold on to those feelings for years.
Are they from AVN stories? If that is the case then it is likely they are following a western theme instead of actually Asian.

At first I was hoping Adila hadn't cheated on the MC, then it turned out she had, and probably more than once. Now I just keep playing this because I'm hoping for epic revenge, but it seems like this will end with the MC forgiving Adila, getting back with her, and accepting being a cuck.

This game would be good if you had 2 vengeance paths, one to whore out the cheater to fat bastards, other to own her like a slave, with branding etc.

A lot of the story's started as web novels then a light novel version was created and then sometimes a manga version also gets created, their is even a story were the mc found out from his girlfriend that she was cheating on him then later mc and his now ex girlfriend swaped bodies and while possessing her body the mc found out that she never cheated on him and was lying to him when she said that she was cheating on him. Their are also some stories were the cheating girlfriend turned out to be a super villain that find humans to be inferior beings

So refreshing to get my impactful update from this dev. I was on edge waiting for the rapper to show up. And the proposal was exactly what I needed from this release. Perfect update. I look forward to the next 5 minute update.
