Without to download the game I already can see a major problem with your project. It´s your chosen image file format (&resolution).

Without wishing to start a polemic:
It would have been better to download the files before
Most of the files here are in webp.
Also, png allows you to reduce the number of colours (for a Daz rendering, 24 bit depth, or even 16 bits or 8 bits can be enough) and then pngs take much less space than jpg.
And XnView (XnConvert) can also do that
