I have not yet played the new version to say for sure what the author has changed. Well, in the old versions of the game there was text in quotes indicating that this was the password.

Can the dev please try to watch the naming convention of his files. Windows may accept any filename, but Windows.jpg is different from windows.jpg (same with windows.JPG is different than windows.jpg) in Linux. So this game cannot be considered for ALL, at the moment.

Whoa, never considered .JPG and .jpg could be different. Sorry, I have no coding background besides twine, so didn't know of that nuance. Thanks for bringing it to my attention. I'll scan through the files next chance I get.

The peculiarity of Linux is that it is very sensitive to such moments.

Use Bulk Rename Utility if you need to fix a batch of filenames. Has a section for the file extension to change all to lowercase.

I see what you're getting at, but the aversion I have towards long quest chains is that it ends up being a point a to point b mostly linear story that most people just click through to get to the porn anyways. I want this to be more of a sand-box rpg style with day-to-day interactions having progression, and have side quests with engaging content and appropriate rewards.
I'll likely balance out the progression to be more slow-burner over time when I add more content. That way the slow-burner doesn't feel like just grinding out stats until you finally reach the next relation level.

It's entirely possible to softlock with "roommate" by not completing 1st bathroom scene but completing 2nd due to higher lust grinded. There is couple other issues as well.
