Nope. It was a Patreon stretch goal and for what I remember, if they reach those, they'll eventually add them to the game but who knows how long that would take.
Currently the game (Gem Blast) only features some scenes with Pearl and Garnet up to sex, Amethyst just a BJ and TJ for what I remember. That was something that kinda dissapointed me cause of the 3 base gems, she definitely would be the craziest/most enjoyable.
