After a certain point, it was basically impossible to pass the cave trials with my corruption stat. No number of Anti-Lust potions was enough. I ended up using a save editor to drastically lower my corruption. After clearing all the cave trials and getting the new companion, I used the save editor to change my corruption back to what it was before.
AI is shit and just slop overall ANY WAY you see it. AI doesn't generate same-ness twice and hand drawn art is consistent in the most part depending on the artist. i FULLY endorse a hand drawn artstyle ANY FUCKING day

go to your inventory, find the potion, if its text colour is blue you should be able to use it. Only way i can think of that you can't use it is if your pregnant
I've just updated the thread with update 1.12.0, which will be the last update before v2.0.0. Before talking about v2.0.0, v1.12.0 comes with new scenes, new options in the cheat menu to fast forward the game, and an overall decrease in difficulty (cave trials, money generation, ...). It also comes with few fixes.
FI, there is a known bug in this 1.12 version: by selling all in Monbourg's shop, you will be teleported to Morya alchemist workshop. Though it is not blocking, I would suggest you not to use the sell all option for now. It will be fixed in v2.0
Now, about v2.0.0:
This version will introduce new art styles. Thanks to contributions through Patreon and SubscribeStar, I’ve been able to commission artists to help with that. When v2 is released, you’ll be able to choose between the current art style and the new one (which will be applied by default, and which will be 100% AI-free). You will also be able to choose to play with your custom art pack.
Apart from the styles, I’ve been on vacation since last Monday and finally had the free time I needed to make significant improvements over the last few days. This v2 will include the new illustration style (like the one below in the spoiler), an enhanced UI, the gallery, and more.
To build the image management system that lets the player change styles whenever they want, I had to rework almost all ~700 passages. I took the opportunity to revise more than just the images—almost everything, really.
I really hope you’ll enjoy the changes coming as soon as possible!

This post was perfectly timed as I wanted to see how this game has been going on, I just have 2 question.
Does v2.0 include things like alt images for sex when pregnant, and do items like those armors in the preview have preg alt models ?
And second, do these ''changes to pregnancy'' happen to include lactation, and all the things that revolve around that (milking, breastfeeding, breast/nipple changes etc)
And even if the answer to my questions is no, I still hope 2.0 will be coming along smoothly and with no issues in the near future.
You can't fuck the wolf and horse (hopefully you will in the future)
To raise enemy arousal you need to get naked and then do sexual actions in combat, just try to keep your distance from the enemy while you take off your clothes.

About pregnancy:
Yes, v2 will come with pregnancy layers, and they are already ready and tested. The casual clothes also have the layers going along with the different pregnancy stages. But that won't be the case for the armor. The MC won't be able to keep her armors starting at a given pregnancy stage.
About lactation/milking:
Not in the short term at least. The current priority is reworking everything that needs to be reworked (which I do in my free time since this game is not my work) and the new illustrations (which takes time and money, so I really have to prioritize).
Btw, because drawing illustrations takes time, when the v2 will be released (I hope before the end of this month), not all scenes will be illustrated yet (there are already hundred of scenes and variations...), but it will be added in the versions coming afterwards (2.1, 2.2, ...).

I appreciate the straightforward answers, especially regarding the lactation, and I will 100% give 2.0 a try hopefully at the end of this month...
But I do have to ask this and I absolutely hate being a backseat developer and trying to impose my vision on someone else's creative work.
But looking at the image of the ''sexy armor'' atleast, I see absolutely no reason why a pregnant character couldn't wear that atleast for some time during their pregnancy, if you include an armor that looks like a leather bikini with extra armor for arms legs and neck, and has nothing to constrict a growing belly, I don't see why this armor could not be used while pregnant. Even the adventurer armor looks like it could be used during the 1st trimester at least.
Now if this is for gameplay balance that is fine, or even worth/cost on issue resources, I can also see that, but if you make armor that looks like a pregnant character can wear it, yet they can't, all I would like is a reasonable explanation, and I will shut up about it and wont bring the issue up again.
And if wearing any of the current options for armor is non negotiable during pregnancy, are there any possible plans for more types of armor that would support it ?
Talking about maybe like Mage robes, or maybe some sort of lust/tease type underwear armor option, and if I can indulge myself for just a moment, I would love to see a system in place where clothing/armor that reveals more of the character in general not just their pregnant belly, would illicit comments from npc's, quest givers, or even enemies during combat.
(aka asking that the world actually recognizes that the PC is pregnant, not just set few NPC's directly tied to the current pregnancy)
But back to the ''issue'' at hand, while I am 100% for having debuffs during a pregnancy, I also would like it to not restrict the types of play one can do then, because at that point I would just rather have some sort of universal -agility - max hp debuff that gets stronger as the pregnancy progresses rather than being told that the items I worked for are now unavailable for use.
And again if these are also a hard no, then at the very least, a note at the shopkeeper saying ''cannot be used during pregnancy'' especially if you will have a total hardline stance on not being able to use armor the moment after impregnation, because not every single person playing this game in the future will be reading these comments.
But hopefully this will just be a small temporary bump on the road, and few months from now my comment will be completely irrelevant anyway.
