I suggested and have seen people suggest this (basically reverse-rape) on many games. It's always shot down.

Huh, that's a shame. It's a great feature when implemented right.
It doesn't even have to be reverse-rape depending on what the dev wants - if an enemy grabs the female MC, they fuck her until they cum, and they pass out due to lack of stamina or whatnot. Corta's Splatformer is funnily the first one that comes to mind when I think of this!
