There is a road on the left side of the map, that goes off the picture. This is the road to second island. You can actually see it in the game where the minotaur statue is

I'm not sure what road you're talking about. Do you mean the small, mostly beach island on the left? How could you see that from the minotaur statue, which is in the north-east of this map?

My cheat table for v8.1 (although it might work with future versions if slightly updated).
It has many options + a simple save teleport cheat.
Inf ammo, inf chamber ammo (for the magnum), burst fire, recoil adjustment, speed mod, climax pointers, etc.

i dont understand what the "how to use cheat engine tables" site says im not sure how to make it so it works with my game can you tell me what to click and what files to select please cause ive never used cheat engine before

IN the latest build (V8.1) it still isnt ther. In the skeleton test there is nothing outside besides emptiness. I used UUU unlocker to go out of bounds both cases
