I am... so confused. So as everyone knows, we have the new editor announcement shit. But, there was a follow-up convo that happened because Kom threw it on Twitter instead of telling modders. Which he stated some... weird changes. Here's a summary.
1. Kom asked modders about removing half of the Beat Banger stuff, because "once osky fixes the "new bbooru" we wont really need the download mods channel." - Kom
2. Kom wants mods to be posted on the new bbooru platform, because he plans to add things like DMCA Takedown support, Better moderation, Better confirmation that an upload isn't a virus, etc. Emphasizing on the need for a DMCA.
3. Kom also wants to make a EULA for the game(To protect intellectual property rights not restricting mods.) and is focusing *super hard* on making it feel more like a legit IP

My two cents: I don't know if Kom is being oppomistic but Beat Banger Stocks are down bad. The in-game editor is down-bad. Modding is down-bad. You have supposed fixes for these and you place them on pateron making the game more down-bad. You made more merch, you're adding transitional elements in the first act, adding camera controls no one asked for, the stock market is just down-fucking-bad.

They just want to focus on mods just so they can advertise and say "guys look the game has 1 million different tracks/scenes!!!" But still only have 5 official levels.
Maybe they want to get steam workshop so if you want to download mods you need the steam version
I don't know if beat banger stocks are down, idiots keep buying into their shit, staying on the sub, buying the standees. The game can get no updates for months and people will still give money (oh wait that happen)

From the little info there is on the matter, he didn't even drew anything this time, all this shit is about a mod someone made and uploaded, which had an OC in it that belonged to some minor or something, and Kom refused to take it down.

Kom was not involved with any minors, otherwise there would actually be acquisitions other than he drew shit.
Also funny how all this shit for years revolved around Kom, the mod maker just got asked to remove the mod and that was pretty much it. Don't see anything anywhere about that guy and what's the deal with him, it's all just Kom.
Just shows how much you people really care about this, and totally not just slandering Kom cause you are butthurt about him personally.
