It's hard to see some of the screenshot from the first post without checking the walkthrough and playing multiple new game to get the skills high enough.
Also, I found a bug : the math skills appears at -1 after my new game, while i had mastered it, then it gets to 0 when i start it, and doesn't appear AT ALL in the cheats when not -1 (while the cooking skills and the fetish ones do appear).

Is the stats bug seriously not fixed yet? I can't access the stats screen at all, I get an error, and I'm pretty sure this has been occurring for a year or more now.

I played this game a long time ago and liked it very much. The reason why I haven't played for a long time is that we cannot practically test the fetish skills we developed in the game on other people. That's why I wanted to take a long break and come back again. Is the game still the same in this aspect? Can we interact with different people and see various sexual scenes, or are these fetishes still limited to dildos and similar toys? (except Hunter and lesbian route)

I also dislike (hate is too strong a word) sandbox games. So far the quality of the game over-shades the sandbox elements. You can quick-skip some daily routines and there's plenty of different choices of what to do that it doesn't feel grindy - yet.
The biggest issue will be how to raise the kinks you want (eg exhibitionism, watersports, pussy play etc) without it feeling too grindy. There are three main stats you need to keep track of each day in order to be able to watch the lewd videos necessary to raise your kink levels. And there are plenty of kinks and you need certain levels of them in order to progress side story elements. Cheating (when raising your kinks) is possible, but you miss out on some story qualities.
At the moment the story and artwork make this game worth it (IMHO), I am even supporting the game on Subscribe Star.
I bought the game, mainly because it's the only game I've found that lets you go anal-only, and the animations are long, detailed, and totally fantatic.

Is there a way to finish the day 20 (when we encounter Amy) with a good mood?
On the 19th, I went to bed in excellent mood.
But when I wake up it dropped to bad, and never raise whatever options I've chosen during the day. Eating sweet raise it to normal, which is not enough to watch a video at night.
