I'm not gonna lie, man that sounds like it's going to be a huge project with so many possible branches right off the bat. I've come across one specific VN that tried to do that and it's one of the biggest shit shows (Don't worry, I'm not talking about the most popular one. Calm your tits.) as well as a lot of other VNs that struggle with less potential branches than that. I'm willing to give it a go but remain cautiously skeptical.
That being said, good luck! More power to you if you have the drive and ability to achieve your vision!
