There are plenty of directions you can go after those firsts. Even after the character is fully corrupted/transformed, these are just off the top of my head:

She becomes a pornstar
The couple runs into money troubles and she becomes a prostitute
She gets too into sex that the MC has to rescue her from herself, and the plot comes full circle where she's anti-corrupted
They explore how far the lifestyle goes and how much he's devoted to her, with her becoming pregnant
They start introducing other couples/friends/family to the lifestyle
They start a swingers/sex club and start promoting the lifestyle publicly or in certain circles

Those are just a few, and none are mutually exclusive. I didn't even go into the many sexual scenes you can have, with different positions, levels of debauchery (bukkake, swallowing, running trains, breeding), and so on. And above all of that, you can absolutely have a non-sexual plotline going on with its own separate character arcs.

So, the problem isn't that corruption is the be-all end-all of these stories, it's just a matter of imagination, time, and effort on the part of the writers and devs. Three things that this dev seems to struggle with.

Interesting thoughts but am not sure how 'exciting' the situations would be. The crux of games like BILH is the excitement it provides to fans of the genre.
Pornstar? Not for me. What is exciting is the level of sophistication, the corruption is better. No tramp stamps either. Wife and mother 99% of the time and lets loose on the weekend once a month, like in RL. The story boils up on venue, invitees, lingerie...etc to climax on the event itself.
Money? If she becomes a high class escort, maybe, with a hidden cam for her hubby every client she visits.
Nympho mode? Can't rescue that, she'll leave him and everyone else.
How far can the lifestyle go? Pregnant with her bull's child? Then it's a cuck story and even that has its limits.
New faces. Then it's just that. Nothing else. Or turn it into an incest theme? Hmm, that will be popular here.
What is hidden, taboo, is a lot more fun and exciting than what's in the open. Opening a club or going public doesn't add to the hotwifery.
All the possibilities you mention are feasible and can prolong a game but IMO it won't make it as or more exciting than the initial breaking of barriers. But it's be fun to find out. Got a game in mind?

Pornstar does not suit Claire, in my opinion. She is a mix of innocent girl with naughty girl. I think the way it is, it looks great. What will end up happening is that now she is going to start fucking other guys with her boyfriend knowing and hiding them. It is certain that we will have scenes with Darryl, King and Dustin until the end of the game. What I like about Claire is that she is gradually seducing, provocative style. so I don't think it would be cool for her as a pornstar

Keep in mind I was being non-specific to this game with those ideas, in the way woodpolish was talking about hotwife games in general. There's no point in making suggestions for where this game should go at this juncture.

I don't have a game in mind but I do have a long list of literotica, lush, chyoa, asstr, and other sites' stories I've read over the years and they do follow patterns. I also know from those as well as my own ideas that there are plenty of stories that continue after the initial corruptions and transformations and whatnot.
