It is if you continuously click the NTR CHOICE. I played it in one of my play throughs keeping my love points up and didn't see any NTR.

As of now, the game has both love content and NTR content, two separate paths.
You can avoid NTR content easily in the beginning, the more you stay on the path, it becomes unavoidable for clear reasons pertaining to the story.

It literally says you need to go back and learn English. What it does say, is that there are two separate paths. If you are on the NTR path then you can avoid content easily early on, but the longer you are on it the more unavoidable it becomes.
