All though it might seem rather self serving, Mr. Barklay has done an excellent job kicking off this fan art thread. Become a Rock Star is very well written with excellent use of "kit bashed" art assets. Most are not immediately and easily identifiable but there are very few custom elements. The story it self follows a series of do you don't you choices with a few short term forks that usually reemerge with no lasting repercussions other than the continuation of that choice later on.
