I respect the dev for putting so much effort into this game, but there is such an insane amount of useless text and pictures... it's almost the opposite problem of what every other game has (not enough content), this just has way too much jokey writing and memes. The game seems so polished which is very appreciated, but it's just very hard to play through it and follow what's going on when 90% of the text is trying so hard to make you laugh, and you're just forced to scroll through this no-longer-funny dialogue you've already read a million times. It's a shame because like I said there's a lot of potential and clearly the dev put a lot of effort into it but it's so misdirected.
This is hard to answer, because many people actually say the opposite, that they came for porn, but stayed for text. I guess if you're not into reading it, then it's not gonna be worth it. I'm thinkin about making a separate version of the game, accessible in the main menu, and it would be completely "dememified". All the longer dialogs, all the jokes, the narration - all of this removed. That's would be a lot of work, but in the end it's an interesting idea.
But since I have hope for this game, here's some specific feedback: putting energy costs into seemingly useless actions (like going to the bathroom) is a terrible idea! If there's nothing useful to gain from it, why make it cost energy? (And furthermore, why is it there?) And if there is something to gain from it, then I'm forced to memorize which actions are actually worth doing and which aren't, which isn't fun at all. I suggest both removing energy costs from most useless actions and also allowing players to preview what they will get from a certain action, maybe by showing a tooltip when hovering over an action.
Those actions are not useless, during many of them there's a possibility for a random encounter or stuff like that. Also - if you pay energy, you always gain something else. To be honest I'm not a fan of this energy system, but it was the simplest thing I could come up with, because I don't want players running around not sleeping, as it ruins the experience in my opinion. Many games just force the player to go to sleep each night (The Company, Summertime Saga), and I might change into that at some point. But when I was creating BA I felt that I want my project to be a gonzo life simulator. You know, I wanted to have a system that makes player naturally go to sleep every day (because the energy goes to 0 throughout the day), but there are items, drugs, and effects that give him more energy, so sometimes he can run for 2-3 days not sleeping, and then crash when your energy finally runs out. But maybe it's too much, or it simply doesn't work like I imagined for people

Anyway, I'll think about this. Maybe removing of the energy system and forcing players to sleep every day (so sleeping would be the only way to move the day forward) is a good idea.
