I just started this game and have to say the developer has put in a lot of effort which makes this stand out from other html games. I'm still not at a point where I can appreciate all the little things but going forward I did want to hear the developers thinking and possible path forward to determine if this was a game for me.
For example, searching the bathroom and finding a girl's panty or bra leads to a gif of a guy sniffing another guy. I can understand that gif making sense when gay content is turned on but for other cases too ?
The other was the balance of female domination vs male domination, it seems mostly female domination even when I cheat the stats to make the MC a bully or worse.
Many scenarios are leading to blue balling is that also intended or does that change once the MC gets more notoriety ?

Words in brackets are my comments, and because #1198 here choose to type in way that exempt quite some subjects and objects, making his statement sometimes linguistically vague, so I took some liberties and interpreted them as I presumed.
I do agree with him on the memes (pictures of no relevance as he calls it) just a tiny bit. They are fun to see at first and adds a lot to the gameplay atmosphere, but late game and on my second play thru they do slow things down a bit and more or the less interrupt the flow. Same goes for re-occurring NSFW pics that comes up in repeating, daily dialogs, but then again I understand most sandbox or simulation-esque games have the same issues, NSFW or not. I would appreciate if there's an option to skip already read dialog or a way to disable some re-occurring pictures, such as the occasional pop up event on the bus, while understanding this would time a lot of time and pretty much a structure overhaul, and I'm not even sure if it's even possible in SugarCube, so no worries.

Do you get diferent content if you go for cult leader or balanced? i went mesiah, didnt seem to notice nothing exclusive.

Roadmap for the future of BA
Hey dudes.
So as said couple days ago - Become Alpha is back! I know you all want to know what happened, where was I, and so on. But it's hard to answer this question. Let's just say I was fighting demons, both internal and external, and I really don't wanna talk about it anymore.
Oh, and also: fuck Putin and his dirty mongrels.
But don't worry - apart from the above, I want to keep the game and my posts as apolitical as possible. I had more than enough of this shit throughout last weeks. (though I'm not promising I won't add one particular small-dick dictator into the game, so that everyone could fuck his dirty mouth and spit in his face).
Anyway, back to the game, there's couple updates I wanna share with you...
Update #1: There's a new sheriff in town
So as mentioned before, locodahmerio will be joining the team as a writer. In fact, he already did, and 80% of the stuff in the new update will be his writing. I was really blown away by how well he fit in with the style of the game, so I'm 100% sure he will be a great addition. He's into it, and he seems to be more reliable then me when it comes to deadlines, so expect a more steady stream of updates.
Update #2: The new update is coming this week
So we were working with locodahmerio on finishing all the stuff that I promised in December/January. This is mainly a long overdue Christmas event, followed by Corgis etc.. The good news is - Christmas event is almost done, thanks to loco. He really nailed it, and we should be able to publish it next weekend. Corgis should be next, although we'll see.
Update #3: Last but not least... thanks
Working on this game is hard. Harder then people might think. I really hate myself for missing the deadlines, and staying quiet when I see everyone asking questions what is happening to me. But sometimes, I just can't make myself to say anything... The weight is just too heavy. And it doesn't stop to amaze me, that despite all this shit, you guys are still here. It makes me want to deliver everything I promised and more, just because you believe in me. Thank you. That means a lot. Last weeks were tough, and the thought that there are people around the world that think the stuff I do is valuable was really really precious, even if it's just porn and jokes.

We'll be always there. At least in my case, I was worried that something happened to you. Please, keep us informed even if you don't manage to keep up with the deadlines or if you decide to stop the development or retire. You're human after all. I'm sorry I wasn't able to comment about your game these months, but I'm working on mine every day since the release day here is getting near.
The writing style and technical aspect of your game are truly unique, sometimes is good to remind you that. And welcome to the new writer!
Welcome back. I'm really glad to hear you plan on continuing development, but if shit gets too tough then fuck it man you owe us nothing - take care of yourself. Seriously if you're having a rough go don't worry about updates or keeping up with deadlines and shit. If you need to pump out updates for whatever measly income it makes you then I'm sure you could find something much more lucrative for your time. And if it's something you just like doing why force yourself to the point where you can't enjoy it anymore.
