For anyone who is still having trouble getting Suzy to show up in the University bathrooms, I believe that you need to complete every single family members main quest before she will show up. I am not one hundred percent certain but I know that I personally had the mother, sister, cousin and aunt's questlines all completed and she was still not showing up for weeks in game. Then immediately after I finished the final part of the Grandmothers questline she appeared in the bathrooms.

"Good" save follows the Love Routes and Police Route while "Evil" save follows the Slavery Routes and the Mafia Route along with Romi's Content. All Halloween and Christmas Content are unlocked in the Gallery for the "Evil" save

It's probably just you because I loaded up the online version and "load from disk" was still there but it just switched spots with "save to disk"
How do you change the main characters first name with this save?
Ok,you said to click f12 to bring up the console.All I got was this(top right console),I'm Microsoft edge for a browser.
I use google chrome and have no problem using f12 to get console, I am not sure how to get the console on Microsoft edge.
Can't interact with mom around house, like when she's in the kitchen her icon doesn't show up at all, or any other rooms around the house. Help

With even a single scene it should be under the genre tags.
Heck, with it being there I sure as hell won't enslave any of the girls for fear you'll toss more of that content in. Guess "personal sex slave" means something else to you.

My save is the mafia route, so do not have the option for Liz love quest. Does anyone have a completed game up until you pick mafia or police? So I do not have to start again… thanks!
