Could be that the console no longer works, for me on firefox didnt. I tried
SugarCube.State.variables.mc.money=99999
and i allways get

Uncaught ReferenceError: SugarCube is not defined

Can someone tell me what I´m doing wrong

Damn you are so right. I used the mopoga.com Site
totally my fault

but i have another question or a bug maybe.
I have the Mom Quest on 7/10 and the Sister on 6/10 - but the Sister Walkthrough says something about i should first do the Mom Quest 4, before Sister go´s On

Not your fault. Sites like Mopoga and Itch.io open the game in a frame. To use cheats like this, right-click on the game > This Frame > Show Only This Frame. Then when you open the dev tools, it'll be focused on the game and not the page outside of it.
Alternatively, in the dev tools you can click this button in the top-right to change the currently focused page
