Some event activates it late in the game -- maybe running for mayor or having Romi ask you to run for mayor? Something like that. When it's available, you'll have an event in your casino office.
Lov the game, I am stuck on making my Anit a slave. Helps said to " Attend your first class of every university subject " I have done all the classes every morning, but nothing seem to trigger.

The 5some in Japanese class with both Akira and Suki triggers WAY WAY too early. I've done zero Suki quests, and have only met Suki in passing, when Akira introduced me to Suki.
It would make more sense the further along both of their questlines, after you've got into some level of relationship with the both of them.

I fear it might be that sort of thing from now on, just painting the corners. I'd like to see a new storyline (running for Governor? The Feds investigating?), but failing that, a new game. This kind of update doesn't add anything of worth.

Can you cheat the special events? Or do we actually have to wait for next Halloween and Xmas?
How do I get mom's quest 3 done pls been stuck on for 2 hours now! U should make this stuff alot easier to play and find or put hints on the menu bar so people have an clue what to do in the game like I have her 100 love and 100 lust yet I can't visit her room until I compete quest 3 which I have no Idea what to do on it
