You have pasted the code wrong
There you have 2 spoilers given
You have to find all the code from 1 soiler and replace it with the one from the second soiler.
That is, select the entire code shown in the picture at this link and replace it for the other one.

Can somebody explain how I can buy the strip club?
The hint help me like other players not.
You could only unlock the strip club purchase if you lent a girl during the campaign.
The campaign office in the red light have no campaign and no staff so I can choose nothing there !!!

you can only buy a strip club when you have come quite a bit of the game is when you have completed the basic missions/school mission/police mission or mafia mission then you activate the opportunity to become the mayor of the city and it is at this stage that you must correctly complete the steps to unlock the purchase opportunity
