NVM. FINALLY figured it out. You have to go to the board room, NOT have any rules to vote on, and then click on a person's picture which will bring up drop down options to get them removed. Very unintuitive.
Clicking begin does nothing? Ive seen people say change sixze of screen but in what way? It's not blocked it just doesnt work?

I've loved this game for a long time but I am done. The hospital is impossible. I've tried everything I can think of to advance that story and I am stuck in a loop where I can't progress with anyone at all. There are a lot of time- or location-gated events in this game that would be easy to get stuck on, but they all have really good walk-throughs listed for each character. Not so the hospital -- each character is given a vague instruction on a general goal but absolutely no guidance on how to achieve it ("Replace a member of the Board" -- oh yeah? Can you be any less specific on how to do that?). I swear, it's like the hospital update was written by a different dev group altogether.
iirc I had the same issue on the last patch, if you picked the police path you're blocked and I just changed the variable in the console and was able to progress. Seems like kind of a big issue to just leave open.
will anyone cheat become someone v1.76 on gamecore and will the aunt ever have a kid by the player ?

Well unless you did the police path and romanced her a baby seems highly unlikely especially considering on the Slave route she stays locked in her cage in your office at the casino.

The Dev needs to stop doing this not adding new arcs thats cool but having it only be beatable with certain characters especially ones they tied to the Cops/Mafia choice.
Tbh this game is just to damn long so i cant play through it multiple time its just a time sink imo.
Trying to restart the game from the beginning but hitting the Begin button on the opening screen does nothing. V1.76
