Apparently, when you are a Capo you just have to do the missions of the girls from the Mafia,raise your reputation to 100% , go into the Don's office and press a button take over.

This works, you can of course exchange "money" for any other variable such as charisma, int, str etc.

i get that in the downloaded version also. There is a fix on the previous page but not sure how that will help the online version
