Hey, where can I find Rhea?
Her icon image is displayed in her office in the Cityhall, but I can't do anything there?
So how can I do the quest with Rhea?

She becomes somewhat available as you run for Mayor, and then afterward much more available.

I am mayor and yet I only see them in the office without being able to do anything

every 8 patches of this guy is like 1 actual patch of any other creator... its getting quite ridiculous

I am done with this game last update character doesen't work and now after months after i finished the become mayor this new character mentiosn daugh you have to do the quest for this character before you become mayor. See you if you are alive in a year.

So, I have a dumb question:

I have version 1.62

If I download the latest Update Only, will it give me a complete update? OR Is that only
for going from ver 1.65 to 1.66 so won't contain the other updates?

The ressources folder contains files only for bernice. So the Update Only from 1.65 to 1.66

Is there are plans in the future for a bigger update ? I'm not
complaining, but there hasn't been a big update in a long time.
