In this game's universe "femboy" is a species so he can't change that since it's literally his species. However it would be nice to do things that feminize him even more like HRT so he gets small budding breasts or castration (balls only)

How do I take the nurse to the date? It says go to anal lesson in the afternoon but nothing happens whn I do so.
