You need high openness for it to appear.
Playing beyond the current easter party means going to school when there are no classes

I'm not really worried so much as slightly confused. Honestly, the social media skill is what seems the most fickle to me: I don't think I've ever gotten it past 20 in a run. The comments you get to choose just never do what I expect them to. Anyway, I'll quote my original post here in case you didn't see it on account of it being on the previous page; maybe you have answers to some of these other questions.

So I played a couple times, and it seems to not be working out so well: I'm trying for a jack-of-all trades approach and going for content involving all three girls, but I seem to get stuck at some point and don't see a lot of content at all. Social media aptitude in particular seems really random to me, but I also have a hard time getting sex skill high enough. Is it that there's not that much content, or am I gimping my playthrough by trying to do everything? If so, which routes have the most content and what skills should I focus on to get them? Last thing: I don't know if this is a bug, but you can't do the collar request from the phishing number even if you own a collar, or maybe it's just the base one, but I can't get my sex skill high enough to buy the other ones.
