just run around the cave and kill bats and other mobs that aren't orcs cuz if you lose you won't get raped
keep going till lvl 8 or 10 (recommending 10)

Bumping this to add something that might not be too obvious - There's a hidden second group of sex scenes if you choose to masturbate at the inn and not go to the room (You MUST have already masturbated at least once at above 80 Lust, and must actually be at 80 Lust and above to see these scenes). These scenes are different because they take into account the state of your clothing upon entering as well as the staining on Tereza, making it the only way to get full clothed H-scenes beyond replaying the opening repeatedly.

Lust level is capped until you use the inn to masturbate twice.

Just dead to all type of enemy with lust at lower than 79 will get you all of the normal scences
and with above 79 will get you lust scences

just remember to masturbate in the inn a few time to get the lust above 79

(lust lvl is locked till you masturbate in the inn)
