The plot is pretty basic and nearly identical to the source book/film, but with h-variation.
Still feels unfinished.

The art is cool, drawn one.

Some music plays in the background and it is enough.
As far as I remember there were some basic h-sounds too.

-Playability
You can finish it probably in 1 hour and see most of the h-scenes.
If you know what and where to look for.

-Performance
While playing the game I had flash-game vibes and it felt good.
And no lag of course.

-Bugs
Didn't see any.

-Animations
Similar to flash games, smooth and pleasant.

-Voice Acting
Didn't even remember if there were any.

-Grammar
Didn't find any mistakes.

-Amount of content
After so many years there is a big amount of h-scenes and content.

The greatest Flash H game you will ever play. Lady Jessica is a top tier MILF. The artist style is one of the greatest I've ever seen. To this date the developer is still adding new content. Give it a try! Specially if you are into M&S Wincest.

ACTUAL REVIEW:

Behind the Dune is a visual novel-point and click adventure-management flash game. You progress through the story like a VN, click to move around areas, find story items hidden in areas, and mine spice while avoiding sandworms.

PROS:
It's a flash game with a shit ton of content. Lots of scenes, and the gameplay isn't that bad either. Give it a try even if you're not interested in Dune, you won't regret it.

CONS:
There's only one save file. There are many plot choices you can make.

For a game this small this game has tons of content to explore and a branching plot line with multiple endings. Thats unheard of in many games. Yet this beast of a game only has 60 MB or so yet you can play it for hours. The only thing I would change is that 1 save slot we have on our disposal. With game this rich in choices its a crime not to have more save slots.

This game has animations. Sex scenes. Plot and very good looking characters. All you could wish for from a game and it has little to no memory needed for it to run. No gigabytes of download needed for hours of content. Its the most compact and content packed erotic game I ever seen. MB to CONTENT ratio is insane. I really wish all erotic games collectors give it a try. It is one of the best 2D erotic games ever created.

cannot tell anyone this is how i learned the plot to dune which is a shame cause this is super fun and well animated. lots of characters, interesting scenes, good writing, not frustrating to play. hope to see more games like this

Enjoyable game as is. The scenes are enjoyable and you can progress pretty straight-forwardly. If there were more music options to select from, that would be nice but overall good game. Characters are written alright

Excellent art-style game, with little oversimplified gameplay.
Different bodies are fine drawn in 2D Flash.
The graphics of each location and environment are well depicted too.
There is great fun in playing this game.

Game looks is almost finished, but really looking forward to the next update!

Surprisingly long for a flash game and a very good one at that.

It's very tiny, at 21MB, and it delivers the good stuff quickly.

Do take a close look at the monitor in the first room of the palace and turn off a possibly undesirable feature.

Even when Flash is old and discontinuos, this game has very good looking art, comic style but modelos are hoy and gameplay can extend for a few hours if you want ti unlock the 100% if scenes. The spice mining doesnt have the clearest mechanics but despiste that you have here an amazing game un small size with hidden quests, bonus scenes, varios endings, etc. 5 stars.

A classic for sure. It's got that unique yet pretty art style with a wealthy amount of scenes. Has some point and click adventure style gameplay. The story is made with good will towards the source material and has multiple endings. It's so polished, it's hard to believe this was made in flash. Has a variety of fetish and vanilla that keeps things fresh.
I only need the walkthrough for one scene, I got 99% scenes on my own. So the puzzles weren't too cryptic imo. I only wish there was a slightly better Jessica ending.

Great illustrations and scene, really loved the art style, but i felt like the scene diversity was a bit poor, and the story pretty simple.

There is some spoilers i guess, but since you can't tell what is parody or not ...

Great story albeit kinda short, with scenes of satisfying quantity and quality. Big fan of where everything is at this stage, looking forward to future updates to this game.

Although the story is quite linear, you have a surprising amount of control over what scenes you want to view and with who, rather than being railroaded as in a VN.

I did not expect much from a Flash player based game but i'v been pleasantly surprised
The story goes great though i found it was too short, many sex scenes with a unique drawing style that were all hotter than the other.

Some may find fetishes or depictions of some things a bit too much, but it just goes quite perfectly with the Dune setting it would have been a shame not to include them

I hope the dev keeps up working on such great things!

Great game!

The scenes are top quality and there is plenty to be found. The artstyle is unique, in my opinion, in a good way.

I ended up replaying the game and going through it twice since there is also some replayability to a few choices you make along the way.

I contemplated giving it only a 4 since it did feel like it was lacking content or that some parts were rushed, but even though I felt that way at times, the game is just to great when compared to what most other similar games have to offer.

5/5, a must play.

Even though I am not usually a fan of flash games this one is incredibly well made. From graphics to gameplay all top notch. I just need a few more scenes/paths with Alia at the end and that would make it an absolutely perfect experience.

This game is much better than 2021's Dune. It follows the 1984 version of the movie pretty well and lets you wander about and do whatever you'd like to do. It is well drawn, the music is very original (better that music I seem to hear in every other game) and is intuitive. If only I could continue playing it on my new Mac mini.

Not too grindy, great art style and animations. Each character has unique animations so nothing is reused. The dialog is decently written, and I like that there are several endings. Played this several times. Amazed that this is less than 50mb stand alone. 5/5 would cum again.

This game was one of the first I've played, when I took notice of f95 zone some years ago. I liked it from the beginning, the amazing art, despite being clearly comic style, the DUNE setting and also the writing, which most often will make you laugh. So the dev clearly shows some good sense of humor.
The gameplay offers you different routes and choices, so you might want to read the walkthrough in order to not miss scenes and to get the outcome of your preference. Unfortunately there is only one save slot, which doesn't encourage trying out different paths in one play-through. Playtime is around 2 or max 3 hours to reach the endings, depending how much you rush through the game.

The dev really made a gem out of this. Unfortunately the journey is almost over, because the dev already works on his next game. I just would have wished some more interaction with Lady Jessica, because most will happen after the epilogue, if you don't use "the voice" on her and the daughter of the emperor, which is a blonde hottie, I don't like to see shared. (You'll have to be careful what kind of dialogues you’ll pick in the very end in order to avoid the bukkake scene.) In general princess Irulan's scenes are quite underwhelming unfortunately. After all she's the emperor's daughter and your reward for becoming the emperor yourself, so she should definitively have some more unique scenes. (Sadly all you'll get with her are the recycled blowjob & spread your legs scenes and the pretty much only unique epilogue anal scene). Overall most of the sex scenes are somewhat redundant, which is a flaw you'll have to live with.
Pregnancy content is lacking in this game. Especially in the bonus area after the epilogue (10 years later) there would have been room for it, after all Jessica even mentions it, that the player should make plenty of offspring for his dynasty. But there isn't any pregnancy content, which is the main reason for me, that I gave 4 stars, instead of 5.

Anyway I really can recommend BTD wholeheartedly for the reasons mentioned above, despite some shortcomings also mentioned above. Well deserved 4 stars. It’s almost a 5 star game for me.

Interesting, flash-based, adventure game with nice 2d art and decent animations. A bit short (about 2 hours of gameplay) and linear but completely different from most of games out there that use the same boring mechanics and 3d models. There are a few endings and paths you can take to change the plot, there are also some ressource management aspects. The story is simple and quite fun and has some grounding in the source material. There are occasional jokes too. You can also turn off the scat material. This game is a nice, adult version of the first Dune game from 1992.

This game is good and the story is simple back then,now there is alot of hidden side quest you need to find and the walkthrough is NEEDED for this game.The art is good and arousing but the story are purely for fap.Dont compare it to the real DUNE movie,its a shameful game compare to that movie.

The only problem is there is a bugs that keep the game lagging each time,I need to close and open it again each time.
