Technically none of the characters are from planet earth I think the story happens in another galaxy far far away .which means to us all of them are alien's.
Dune is supposed to be set in the future (our future) so they are humans = not aliens.

But if you consider that humans born on another planet are aliens, it's another matter. And an interesting question !
(like if we colonize Mars, would babies be considered aliens on Earth ?)

Still the same species, though with Guild Navigators that's actually debatable. But the point stands, they are still descendants of Terrans. Speaking of mutants, it would be cool if there was a Face Dancer character, that will provide for some interesting opportunities.

Yup, they are still terrans. Face Dancers ? I did not read Dune, but from the name, I guess they can change their faces, use them to murder other people, have no names and come from Braavos ?

Well, a Dune wiki will be of better help here, but Face Dancers are made by the same people who produce Gholas, and are capable of copying the appearance and behaviour of other people, making them excellent infiltrators (though a Bene Gesserit can still detect them). There are no such characters in the first book, but I don't think that would be a problem :)

So they are like gholas but instead of being a replica of someone, they can shapeshift into different persons ? Are they obedient like gholas or do they have more free will ? (thanks for your answer btw)

Well, both are products of the same faction, Bene Tleilax, who excel at genetic manipulation. The Face Dancers are, with very few exceptions, fully obedient to the Tleilaxu, their masters, through hypnotics, most often a specific sound... It's probably not quite true to lore, but I can easily see Paul's voice used to that end:)

Funny how futa are becoming kind of common in porn games... I wonder if Paul will get a taste of his own medicine in a future update...
