But mine is not even close I know my rendering ability is a far greater problem than the imperfections in my model but I have to start somewhere.

Gotta make her eyes a tad larger and lower them a little.
Quinn's cheekbones and jawline are visibly defined. Also take a closer look at the shape of her chin.
Might wanna raise the tip of her nose. And don't be afraid to make her nostrils a bit wider too.
Her mouth is also a wider and her lips have a curve, especially at the center.
