I'm no expert but what I did was just load it in the scene onto the model with no autofit, so it didn't resize to a female shape, I'm sure there are better ways to do it

oh you are on disco?
why you didn‘t ask therei do it in post with luminar they have a option called optimize eyes but you can do it with ps to but is a bit more work
