I don't know if you can still feel this subtle message in English. If so, you know my opinion.
It's not that practically every fanart from here posted on Reddit (where there are 21K BaDIK fans) gains no less than 100 upvotes (this is the average of the up and down votes), and e.g. Raizen86, lockhear (I mention only the most active at the moment) turns results above 200 , often winning additional awards (who's on Reddit - knows what I'm talking about).
No NTR has ever scored above 50 upvotes.
And it's not even that fans respect their favorite MGs or SGs and don't want content like that.
The point is that BaDIK has long since passed the point where most fans are ready to give up any sex scenes in exchange for further development of the story.
There is even a saying that captures these moods: I came for porn, I stayed for history.
TL; DR: as much as we have NTR is enough for fun.
But that's just me.
