I wouldn’t say they fluctuate wildly in general, once the AI settles on a face it tends to look similar throughout. It can be better and worse at this. What you have to remember is this purely based off one still image. The AI is making up everything that happens after the first frame.

It is possible in theory to create a LORA (AI model) which could theoretically be used in tandem with the still image to video AI that could help avoid this issue. But that’s a whole realm of time and money beyond what I was willing to invest.

On to sage, I only have a couple of Sage to share. I've tried several times to get some good options, and i've either had issues with the engine making her look Asian, or like a cartoon character (and a bit crazy to boot)

I do have a few more to share with the characters paired up. But that will then be me done.

It is really impressive what the AI is able to do, I wonder if some animations are worth doing directly like this, and not with rendering...

The only thing with AI is that it changes the face when they move, smile, cry, etc etc as you can see in the vids changing the character completely, whereas rendering keeps the face intact through the whole scene.
