I want to start with the topic of clothing.
Since I have no combination knowledge about assembling women's clothes, I try to do something as much as I can.
As for the lighting, I have a lot of trouble with the light settings because my computer is not very powerful (you can tell from the rendering quality).

And another Josy attempt for me. I ditched the old model and started completely from scratch. Her face is 100% Layla, 20% Teen Josie 8 plus some manual morphing. But i'm still not really satisfied because the mouth and nose are somehow off compared to the orginal.
EDIT: I also noticed that the hair looks somehow thin and grainy. When i look at many other Josy renders in this thread the hair seems to be much more strong, shiny and defined compared to my renders. Has it anything to do with the render settings in DAZ or are there any setting for the Linda Hair which i might get wrong?

Honestly, based solely on this render, the hair looks OK to me. You can try directing some light to it to check how it affects it. Lighting can change things a lot.
