Apparently Quinn needs a lot of money, the restaurant isn't enough, the joints aren't enough, the jocks' scams aren't enough, the hard drugs aren't enough either...
Nothing changes from the point of view of responsibility, but whether she does it to become the new Rox or does it to fix some big problem changes the judgement on her. If she does it out of pride and vainglory is one thing, if she does it to get rid of a debt, to solve a serious problem is very different.

No, that's still the ends justify the means. Even if she's paying for her Mother's rehab or treatment in a mental health facility, it's still not justified (and once again DPC's ignorance is a factor. In the US all of that would be paid for by social services).

A lot of people think that but it usually doesn't, especially not in Quinn's situation where she exploits other individuals to get what she wants. We saw her persuading Cami to be a prostitute, we also saw her introducing Tommy to hard drugs. (We don't know which drug but you don't inject THC, so it's something harder)
