Has there been an estimate of the number of episodes this will have? Seems like episode 9 will force you to stick to one LI so I guess it's over half done.

Just curious because I started playing with episode 8 already out and it's been over almost a year without new content. The interlude was really not what I wanted as I don't care for the blue hair troll.

Yes, Interlude was an update. A boring, unnecessary update that has delayed several months the REAL update. The only thing that has added to the story is that Zoey is a selfish brat that leaves her mom at the worst possible moment, when she's mourning the passing of her mother. Apparently, only Zoey was in mourning when grandma passed... I don't want that brat near my MC.

Also, the interlude has introduced a few postmodern clichés of characters: four of them, two gays, a beta bored to death male and a crazy tattooed bitch that apparently the player should find "funny" and "attractive" because she has big fake tits... Touching stuff. The update of BADIK that moved Spielberg to tears

Scrappy's mod is not updated for 0.8.3, unfortunately. They certainly do fantastic work on a huge number of games, so I can't blame them by any measure, but I enjoy playing with a little more insight into the effects of my choices.

If you are insistent upon playing a modified game, which will likely result in your saves being broken in some manner for S3+, I would encourage you to at least consider SanchoMod. He also makes available a simple drop-in file that will fix any modded saves in an un-modded game, if you can't wait to play the next versions until he's updated his mods.

He puts out weekly updates on his progress, puts out regular preview images, and his output is right in line with the amount of time he says he spends on the project, including both increasing productivity and also growing render/animation/length of playtime numbers. How on Earth could you think he was going to "vanish?"

How many of those devs have completed games in the past before the abandoned game? DPC has proven himself capable of finishing a project, most devs who abandon their games don't have that and it's a case of either they've earned enough money or they don't know how to continue/finish the game so just give up. DPC will know where he wants this game to go and will already have the brushstrokes of what happens every episode.

There is absolutely no reason to believe he is about to quit this project.
