What else can we do? People are bored. All theories have been discussed, there are no new memes, there will most likely not be new previews (well, maybe one). There is about a month left before Episode 9 and we need to somehow kill this time. :ROFLMAO:

For example, we can drink every time Jill mentions DESTINY.

Sorry my mind went to a dark place after going through a few lists...but I'll take it over more Interlude talk.

For Episode 9 the number of scenes does not suggest any compensation with extra scenes for each main girl. And it's seems strange to me that there is no cheating option, we're only halfway story-wise, so I don't think MC becomes monogamous till the end if he had chosen a girl in EP 8. I don't know why MC had to choose a girl so early, but I expect some plot twist otherwise the game would be boring. I am curious to see how DPC will manage the new girls, I think a bit of cheating will be without consequences, otherwise a player would miss too much content without playing the "Others" path.

Do you think he introduced the Vixens or other girls so MC cannot bang them for the next 8 episodes while pursuing a Main Girl? It doesn't seem plausible in a porn game that will go on for a few years. I think that DPC likes to surprise, so it's completely possible that, if you keep good relations with another Main or Secondary Girl, you can change your choice in a future episode, or you are forced to change by an unexpected event. I'd like DPC to be creative in the writing and not to adapt too much at the requests of the fanbase.

I really don't know, keep always an open door with the other girls, keep cheating because a fire could always happen. Always have a plan B.

My fear is that DPC sees it the other way round: forcing us to pick a girl early will encourage the player to cheat as time goes on. By giving us a long time to be frustrated/bored at the need to constantly turn down all the side characters, we'll help kick off the drama he wants when our chosen relationship hits the rocks at the end of Season 3. That's not to say it's a complete trap. There will be some wiggle room and I'm sure we'll get warning signs before we really screw anything up. And there will be a way to patch things up with out chosen girl - or a different girl, like Quinn or Zoey - in Season 4 (though possibly not both Maya and Josy). But the goal is to make it hard to stay loyal.

I think that's why we're getting characters like the Vixens. They'd be ideally suited to throw themselves at the MC without worrying about the collateral damage to his relationships. It will probably start on the acceptable side of the line (heavy flirting, exhibitionism, and flagrant abuse of 'party' loopholes), but escalate as the season winds on. Combine that with the natural appeal of other side girls, the faults in the MC's chosen branch, and the ticking sexbomb that is Zoey, and DPC will get the drama he craves.

Personally, I think that would be a miserable way to follow up the crossroads; it's a big part of why I'm so down on the end of Season 2. But it sure looks like that's where we're headed. We'll have to see what happens when Episode 9 finally rolls around.

I agree my dear friend, they are, they are. That's why I made the DEFINITIVE TIERLIST to end all discussions, that nobody can disagree upon, because I am directly connected to the divinities of the Olympus and inspired by them.

Nonsense, I'm reasonably certain I already posted the definitive tierlist last year. (I'm not grading the girls in the Interlude!). However, as I can't find that post at the moment, I might as well republish it for posterity.

I have to DQ Amelia; the MC hasn't actually met her on any route.

As for Jade, I'll fetch my axe; I'm not interested in the jealous, spurned woman schtick. Besides, my numbers suggest Mrs. Milk Machine's defenders may fight like cows as well. ;)

we haven't had to talk about any episodes for 12 months.... (at least for now)

the distraction given by the interlude was very contained, because that was, a distraction in a huge wait.

and by at least the fifth chapter that the story is heavily branched, so good work but no new things.

we'll see on the new chapter , because to say now that it will be great , unless you have to sell it, is equally unfounded as saying it will be more or less disappointing. surely the anticipation raises expectations

in the fifth, seventh and eighth chapters we had mega free roams that ate up a big part of the chapter, of these only the one of the HOTs party I liked, we'll see what this Halloween party will be like
I actually wasn't that big of a fan of the HOTs party. It was great the first time but every subsequent playthrough just kind of felt like a drag.

I'm also afraid to even post something that might be remotely off-topic So there's less uh ... "life" or "spice" in the thread. You can only talk about the game and your replies have to be related to the game in some way. Really whittles down your choices.
BTW, I LOOOOOVE BADIK. It's the best VN ever. BADIK. Being a DIK. I'm talking about the game, DIK.

I have run out of reactions, but you gave me a good laugh.

I base my rankings on physical appeal first, then adjust up or down based on personality and behavior. That's why I dropped Dany so much, because she went superbitch on MC over somebody else suckerpunching Jamie, and then demonstrated she's totally batshit crazy with the talk about her rabbit.

Jade is just an angry unsatisfied wife.

Nah, I firmly believe the game will have a happy ending (with a handful of caveats). I just fear we're doomed to slog through a groundhog day-like third season before we can get there. Assuming we all live long enough, obviously.

Fair enough. I just appreciate the way Dany will back off if you do actually apologize to her. She's still fairly low on my list.

I'll join the tier spam! Of course looks are one thing, but I like basing tier lists off of what I feel had the better and more interesting relationship and/or chemistry with the MC. Again, these are dependent on the way you play, but based off of the overall persona of the Neutral MC, this is what I FEEL fits.
