Jealousy doesn't mean they had sex, it could mean that he is interested in her but they never fucked. Quinn is also quite a tease so dangling possibility of sex in front of Tommy is quite large. On a side note, I wonder how Tommy would react if he knew that Quinn fucked MC during CUMpetition?

What I was saying is Tommy seems pretty surprised at the fact, and maybe even a little jealous because Quinn fucked the MC. And maybe Tommy's been trying to get in her pants for quite some time without any success. I don't think it's ever been implied that Tommy & Quinn fucked. We pretty much know that Vinny fucked her though. That much was implied in Episode 9.

Yes, Tommy was surprised that MC fucked Quinn but that must be because sex with her is a rare treat. I don't think that there were any sperculations about Tommy's bed partners aside from those known girls.
Quinn having sex with Vinny in the past is indead as confirmed as possible without Quinn saying about it. Perhaps that's why Vinny make so much trouble for her? Maybe he wanted something more and she rejected him?

Just make two saves that's what I did.
1. Tommy in ep.6 told Quinn he cared about her more than most and was hurt that she disrespected him like that; even she felt bad about it. I felt like he never did had sex with her but was more surprised she fuck someone for free or MC that matter.
Like Heather mentioned in ep.7 Tommy putting his hand on his back of his neck tells you that he's lying or uncomfortable. He was clearly uncomfortable.
2. I figured Quinn & Vinny had a thing after playing many times. There two small hints that's easy to miss, in ep.4 if you spend the night at the HOTs, Sage will admit that Quinn never let a guy get on her nerves but there was.... that pause pretty much told me it was Vinny because it was unpleasant pause, then in ep.6 Quinn know it was Vinny room, how she would know that unless they were involved in some way.
